Lughnasadh is just around the corner, so I thought I’d share a fun post with some simple Lughnasadh ritual ideas. Lughnasadh is also known as Lammas just in case you’re wondering 🙂
Essentially Lughnasadh celebrates and honours the tradition of the first grain harvest. It is the first of three harvest festivals which stretch from August 1 (Lughnasadh) to September 20 or 21 (Mabon) and wrapping up on October 31 (Samhain).
Whether you’re incorporating a Lughnasadh spell kit into your celebrations or just heading out for a stroll in nature, the first harvest festival is always full of magick.

If you are of legal drinking age, then celebrate the grain harvest by sharing a brew with your loved ones.

Head outdoors for a walk to soak up some green magick. Breathe in the seasonal smells of Earth with mindfulness of the beginning of the harvest season.
Home-Grown Dinner
Celebrate the beginning of the harvest season by incorporating herbs or vegetables from your garden into a nice meal with loved ones.
